The Dayton Community Connection was formed to help build the sense of community and to celebrate what we have in the Town of Dayton, WI - past, present, and future! The goal is to share what's happening in and around the area for the benefit of all residents in the Town of Dayton, Waupaca WI.
The Town of Dayton has rich farmlands, spring fed rivers and lakes, outstanding hunting and fishing. The one thing people say is missing is a sense of community - activities where people get to know each other, information on what's happening in around the area, programs that benefit town residents and people that visit the area. Communities throughout Wisconsin, and the US, have programs that promote their community - why not the Town of Dayton?
Why not indeed! The formation of the Dayton Community Connection is to try to address the why not the Town of Dayton. People have provided great ideas on what could be done, and our goal is to turn those ideas into actions. To help create a place where everyone feels welcome - to celebrate (and document) the past and present, while working make a better future.
If you're interested in helping please volunteer - get to know your neighbors and create a better community.
